We offer two main types of services:
• Regular Cleans – available weekly, fortnightly, three-weekly, or monthly to keep your home consistently fresh.
• Specialised Cleans – available for Spring Cleans, Deep Cleans, and End of Lease Cleans.
Simply complete the contact form on our get in touch section with your cleaning requirements. Every home is different, so we provide personalised quotes based on your needs and service type. Or give us a call and we can come out and give you a quote that way as well.
A $70 booking fee applies to all online bookings for Regular Cleans and new customers. This amount is deducted from your final invoice or used as part/full payment if a cancellation occurs in line with our Terms & Conditions.
For Specialised Cleans (such as deep cleans, spring cleans, or end of lease cleans), a booking fee of 50% of the total service cost applies.
Payment details are provided with your booking confirmation or invoice. Booking fees secure your appointment time. There will be BSB and Account info on the invoice when it is sent. We also accept payments through sqaure.
Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations may require full payment or an invoice for the remaining balance. We aim to be understanding while protecting reserved appointment times.
Regular maintenance cleans are available on a weekly, fortnightly, three-weekly, or monthly schedule, depending on what best suits your home and lifestyle.
Yes. Every clean is tailored to suit your household priorities rather than using a one-size-fits-all checklist.
No. Many clients provide access instructions so they can return to a freshly cleaned home. You are welcome to be home if preferred.
Yes, we love pet-friendly homes. We simply ask that pets are secured if they may be anxious or reactive during the clean.
Yes, we bring professional cleaning products and equipment. We pride ourselves on using Eco Friendly Cleaning products. If you have any allergies please do let us know.
We focus on personalised service, attention to detail, reliable scheduling, and a respectful, judgement-free approach to every home — helping clients enjoy a refreshed and comfortable space.
We service selected areas on set days to provide a consistent and reliable schedule:
• Monday – Regular clients on a three-weekly and monthly basis in Endeavour Hills and Hampton Park. Availability may vary.
• Tuesday – Tyabb (monthly basis), Cranbourne (fortnightly basis)
• Wednesday – Berwick on a monthly basis, flexible locations also available
• Thursday – Endeavour Hills & Hampton Park (weekly basis)
• Friday – Officer, Berwick (fortnightly basis)
